Favourite way to sweat outside The Rig:
Doing anything in the sun and dancing around my house! Haha. While I do love those things, I get most of my exercise from The Rig - it has everything! When I do anything else, it’s always group fitness style! I also fell in love with barre when I lived in TO for a few years and ended up being an instructor. It’s still one of my fave types of workouts… so I need to get back to the barre!

Guilty pleasure:
Sleeping in & long-ass naps, late-night snacking (helloooo, chips!), playing Call of Duty, watching (some) reality TV shows, Dollarama sprees, and buying WAY too many scented candles… when I already have a cupboard full of them.
